ADS114S08: Maximum allowable SCLK frequency

The maximum SCLK frequency can be derived from Figure 1 of the datasheet timing characteristics as the period t_c(SC).  The definition is given in section 7.6 under the Serial Interface section.  The minimum period (100ns) is the inverse equivalent to the maximum frequency of 10MHz.
