Hi,

The ads1220 maximum sampling rate is 2ksps. Is it the same when using one channel and all four channels?

Is it 500sps per channel when using 4 channels?

You are correct, you need to divide the ADC sampling rate by the number channels to find the effective sampling rate for each channel. So, with for channels and the ADC sampling at 2ksps, the effective sampling rate of each channel is 500sps. That is, you will get 1 conversion result every 0.5ms and it will take 4 x 0.5ms to measure all four channels. Let me know if you have further questions.
