I have two simple questions.
1. Which power supply should the LVDS power supply be connected to, A3.3 and AGND or D3.3 and DGND?

2. Could you tell me how should we deal with RCLKN pin if not used?

Hi Takashi,
If you want a common supply, then it is better to connect LVDS supply to D3.3 and DGND. However, note that AGND and DGND should be electrically shorted.
If you are not using RCLKN (ie. CMOS mode), you can leave the RCLKN pin floating and then set register 'RCLKN_FLOAT' = 1.
