TSW1400EVM: Loading my own external pattern file

Part Number: TSW1400EVM

The goal is to load my own external pattern file (a sinus with square waves) in the TSW1400EVM to generate the signal in the DAC3282EVM, but first i try just generating my own sinus.

I am using the ouput J1 and J3 of the DAC3282EVM and to do so I moved the jumpers as explained in section 4.1 in DAC user's guide. 

Loading an external pattern file generated with the MultiTone generator works  and i can see the output on a spectrum analyzer. But when i try to load my own pattern file, nothing comes out from J1 or J3 outputs of DAC3282EVM even though the file is well generated in the HSDC Pro.
