ADS1675REF: invalid SW installer

Part Number: ADS1675REF

We purchased ADS1675REF, downloaded and successfully installed ADCpro, and downloaded ADS1675REF-SW-installer.exe.

Any attempt to execute that installer results in the error message

Invalid Windows Version: N/A.

Operating System Info on my HP z-series intel core i7 laptop is

Windows 10 Enterprise

Version 21H2 build 19044.1645

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

I fear there is a problem within above installer.

Hi John,

First, welcome to the TI E2E community!

The software was designed to only work on WIN XP or WIN 7. We are checking to see if there is a way to get it to work in WIN 10. Please give us 1-2 days to investigate.

Hi John,

We may have a fix to allow use of software in Windows 10, but this will likely take several more days before we have a definitive answer. In the mean time, if you are able to use a Windows 7 machine, that will be the quickest route to using the EVM.
