ADC32RF44: Maximum height

Hi Team,

This inquiry is related to the other thread. According to the datasheet of ADC32RF44IRMPT, the max height is 0.9mm as shown in the screenshot below. However, the other thread states that the height and tolerance is 0.9mm +/- 0.1mm, which would make the max on this 1.0mm. Our customer would like to confirm which one is correct. He would like to know as well what is the minimum height.

Danilo,

The package height tolerance is indeed 0.9mm ± 0.1mm, nominal being 0.9mm. I've been informed that the standard deviation from nominal is very low (in the range of 0.02mm or less) across most of our QFN packages, however I have no documentation to back this up.
