AFE4960P: why there is two bit with exactly same name and function in different register, is this a typo?

Dear product line engineer.

  my customer use AFE4960P in their project. however, they find  PDN_BG_IN_DEEP_SLEEP control bit in two register(0Ch, 74h,) with exactly same function. the same problem for DIS_PD_REFSYS control bit(0ch,23h). is this a typo? if this is not a typo, what is function difference between PDN_BG_IN_DEEP_SLEEP in 0ch and 74h? the exactly same problem for DIS_PD_REFSYS bit.
