TSC2046E: Some question about TSC2046EIP

Part Number: TSC2046E

Dear Expert

I have used the touch chip TSC2046EIP and encountered some occasional touch failure problems. I would like to consult you about some problems

1: Is there a problem with direct voltage difference between IOVDD and VCC?

2. When the touch failed, we tested and found that XY's signal had been input with a waveform of 15KHZ frequency. Have you come across it?

3. The current phenomenon is that the machine cannot be touched when it is turned on when it is used on the combination box. The probability is very low (the switch will reappear for about 100 times), and the fault disappears after the machine restarts. The hardware circuit of touch IC is shown in figure. Some signals were tested during the failure. X,Y,CS,CLK,CS, etc.

This is the sch.
