ADS114S08B: ADS114S08B Reference detection

I would like to know if the ADS114S08B (version B) includes the Reference Low voltage detection.

There are conflicting information regarding the availibility of this feature in the ADS114S08B Datasheet and in the SBAA287–May2018 UnderstandingtheDifferencesBetweentheADS114S06 andADS114S08StandardandCost-OptimizedVersions document.

    Hi Frederic,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention.  The datasheet is always the most accurate source for features and functionality.  There is in both the cost-optimized and standard version the ability for low voltage detection where the external reference voltage falls below 300mV.  However only the standard version allows for monitoring a second threshold level of 1/3 · (AVDD – AVSS).
