Hi,

I can't find the voltage information of inernal reference in the datasheet,i want to know the voltage value of ADS1015 voltage reference,pls help me.

    Peter,

    The reference on this part is a virtual reference, so you don't really think of the reference in the normal sense with this ADC.  It is best to think in terms of full-scale range with this device, and the reference scales as function of full-scale range.

    So you cannot measure or quantify the reference independently of the system.
