Dear Sir,

 

We are new to ultrasound design. We have got swaroop board design files and datasheet for TX7332 as well as AFE5832LP. We have following questions.

 

  1. Is it for phased array probe?
  2. Transmitter has 128 channels while receiver has only 64 channel, please explain.
  3. How can we get swaroop boards? Can we share the design and get it manufactured by our industry partner?
  4. We are not able to open SlaveFifoSync.img file. Can you help which tool is required to open it?
  5. Can we use Swaroop boards for color Doppler (for both pulsed wave and continuous wave)?
  6. The T/R switch offers 24-Ω impedance in the ON state – do we need any impedance matching?
  7. What is the difference between delay profile, beamforming profiles and pattern profile?
  8. Up to 16 beamforming profiles and 32 pattern profiles can be stored in the profile RAM. Do we have to load them every time we power on the boards?
  9. AFE5832LP ADC has 10 bit and 12 bit resolution, which of them can give better image quality?
  10. Is final image quality comparable to the cart based system?
  11. Do you have any document/reference code/support for DBF (Slide no 13, Swaroop_Board_Report_11_Apr_2019.pptx)
