Hello,

Pls Suggest ADC with below requirements.

1. To measure voltage pulse having amplitude 0-3.3V and width 3 micro SEC.

2. We feel 12-16Bit resolution, Sampling rate 10MSPS should be ok? if not correct me.

3. Required Host interface I2C/SPI/I2S to connect onboard MCU.

Hi Raghu,

Depends on how many samples you want to take on this 3uS 'pulse'. Are you trying to capture the 'shape' of the pulse or just validate the magnitude? Will you be continuously sampling the signal or just during the application of the pulse?

Thanks for swift response. I am trying to capture Amplitude of Pulse, sampling during application of pulse.

OK then!

Our portfolio tops out at about 3MSPS, which would allow you to capture 8-9 samples. Take a look at the ADS7046 or the ADS7056 and see if they meet your needs.
