Is there any video decoder IC available for convert CVBS input to RGB output if yes then please suggest me

Hi,

I do not find a product that fit your requirement. I only find composite and S-Video into component YCbCr instead of RGB. See https://www.ti.com/product/TVP5146M2. Although this product as well as other older video format products are still active, however, they are no longer supported.
