TSW1400EVM: Double the amount of data stored on the device

Part Number: TSW1400EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS4249EVM

Hi everyone

I use TSW1400EVM to collect data from ADS4249EVM and save it as .bin file. But when I use Matlab to read it, it shows double the amount of data stored on the device. But the figure in Matlab is similiar with the firure in HSDC Pro. So I want to ask if the data is double stored. And how to store data and read data correctly.

Figure 1 and figure 2 is same data from HSDC Pro and Matlab. It easy to find signal period points doubled after data read by Matlab.

This is the register setting for ADS4249EVM.

Matlab read bin codes are:

"

filename = 'ADC Temp.bin';
fid = fopen(filename,'rb');
[tempmat,~] = fread(fid,[65536*2 1],'int16');
fclose(fid);

"

It can find I can read points' count is 65536*2. But I set capture points' count is 65536.
