Hi,

Good Day.

Customer is using Sigma-Delta Modulator AMC1035EVM in one of their project.

He needs following information for their project, can you please help to get the mention information below?

1) The design standards used in the AMC1035EVM PCB design?

2) What PCB Substrate used?

3) What type of conformal coating used?

    Hi Ray,

    1. The AMC1035 EVM is designed to meet the IPC-D-275 standard. The same should be true for all of our EVMs. 

    2. The substrate used is FR-4. 

    3. No conformal coating is used on the AMC1035EVM. There is only LPI solder mask.
