ADS131M04: About programmable data rate

Thanks for pointing this out. Rev D in Japanese is correct. In addition, it looks like an English Rev D was created in May of this year but the TI.com folder still links Rev C. Here's a screenshot of rev D which will be linked on TI.com.

I will work with our team to get this updated ASAP. I'll keep you updated when rev D goes live on TI.com.
