ADS1672 vs. ADS1675 DVDD Specs

Hi,

I was comparing the ADS1672 to the ADS1675 and I noticed that the 72 has a DVdd range of 2.7 3.0 3.3 while the 75 has a DVdd range of 2.85 3.0 3.15.  The max operating ranges of the parts are the same, so why is there a difference here?  I have a board running at 3.3V and I would like to use the 72 or 75 on this board to cope with part shortages, but have concerns about this difference.

    Thank you for your post.

    I agree this is confusing. I just compared the ADS1675 data sheet to the ADS1675REF User Guide. It looks like the schematic denotes the DVDD supply net as "+3.3VD", but I believe it is using a 3.0-V supply rail per the explanation in section 3.4.

    I doubt there is any significant performance difference when operating the digital supply at 3.3 V, however, I cannot make any guarantees that all specifications will remain within range.
