I have a new install of ADCPro along with the ADS1278 EVM module.

Upon initial startup the following error is displayed

This error prevents the 1278 module from loading and executing. The EVM Kit is new and the install is fresh on a new laptop.

I have used this kit before at another employer and never encountered this error.

Thank you for your post.

Can you refer to the thread linked below and see if that helps? There may be an issue with the EEPROM, which identifies the EVM to the host controller and loads the correct firmware at start-up. The instructions in the thread allow you to disable the EEPROM check at start-up. Let me know if this helps!
