TSW14J56EVM: Generating amplitude modulated square pulses in time domain

Hi All,

We are using TSW14J56EVM to generate pulse patterns for the DAC3XJ8XEVM.  Looking into the reference : https://www.terraelectronica.ru/pdf/show?pdf_file=%252Fpdf%252Fcache%252F88%252F88c99c8bac0b5759fc1fe3a019e4f259.pdf  there are ways enlisted to generate .tsw files using Matlab extensions, but all of them plot in frequency domain and did not seem to have the option of generating continuous waveform consisting of multiple pulses with different amplitudes. Is there any way to generate continuous square pulses/ set of square pulses with each pulse having different amplitude in time domain?
