How do you do?

I received ADS1292RECG-FE.

The ads1x9xEVM software was installed on windows7 as recommended. Then the ADS1292ECG-FE EVM is connected to a PC (Windows EVM) via USB, and the USB driver is successfully installed

However, I cannot read the value in the register, and I also have an error when running the software. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi,

    The software or the driver is probably not installed properly.

    Also, Could you maximize your GUI window and look at the top right header/corner, to see if the connection to the EVM is well established? e.g. it might show Ready to use and firmware version should show some number.

    If not, please shut down the GUI window and relaunch, to see if it establishes the connection.

    If problem still occurs, please reinstall the GUI and follow the ADS1x9xECG-FE User's Guide (Rev. A) 3.2 Installing the Software (PC application) to reinstall and especially section 3.3 to install the Installing the USB Drivers.

    Then, try again.
