ADC Selection guide

Hi sir/Madam.,

I am planning to select one ADC for below specifications for RF Detector Voltage Monitoring application. 

1. Input DC voltage to ADC  - 50mV(Min)

2. Input DC Voltage to ADC - 3400mV(Max)

Input voltage to ADC will be varying depend on RF signal from minimum to maximum . Kindly help me on this for selecting ADC or suggest some part for the same.
