ADS5295: Global power down modes

1.Does the ADS5295 has two power down modes ? Standby and Global power down ?

Yes, the device has both Standby and Global Power Down mode. Figure below shows the power consumption for each of the mode.

How is it possible to enable each one of them ?

You can use the register 0Fh to go to power down modes as shown below in the register map.

2. Does the device need to be re-configured after Standby or Global power down ?

No. there is no need to reconfigure the device. It will retain its last state.

3. What is the wake-up time for each of the modes ? (Power on delay)

The wake up time for Standy by - 5 us.

Wake up time for Global PDN - 100 us
