ADS8355: The behavior when CS is high(sampling and conversion) but SCLK is toggling

Hi Experts, 

There is a note as below. If SCLK is toggled during CS high, what happens? Custmer is evaluating with this condition an seems no failure.

    Hi Hisao-san,

    It is hard to determine what sort of device behavior we can expect. Since the conversions take place while CS is HIGH, it may be possible that the conversion results may be affected. Although the customer is not seeing abnormal behavior, it is still best to ensure that the timing diagram is followed. This will prevent any possible abnormal behavior caused by SCLK being toggled while CS is HIGH.
