ADS7953-Q1: Input Signal Absolute Maximum Current Limit

Hi team,

Reviewing the ADS7953-Q1 datasheet and noticed there was no Abs. Max value for current into the device inputs. Usually there is some guidance. I've seen a lot that are usually ~2mA.

What's the abs max current limit for the signal input of the ADS7953-Q1?

    Hi Jacob,

    I think the general guidance here is to keep the analog input current < 10mA. Any higher and damage to the input ESD diode structure may occur. Additionally, continuous usage at 10mA may cause long term reliability issues.
