Kindly ask why the is the logo of the crystal after the open cap is 5825 instead of 48, I don't have label of it, have anyone decaped AFE58JD48V and see the insight logo before?

Hi Abhishek,

The picture shows the logo on top of the internal wafer after the chip is opened.

While the Part No. is AFE58JD48V, the logo shows AFE5828.

Could you help me explain this situation?

Thanks for sharing more details.

Since you know that AFE58JD48 is a Multi Chip Module (MCM) device which has a front-end or VCA die and 2 ADC die.

The VCA die shares a lot of IP across the RX product portfolio, essentially the VCA part is approximately similar/common for the two devices and hence it it is showing AFE5828.

I hope it clarifies your question.
