We have an ADC12DJ3200EVM board and have attempted to program the ADC, LMK, and LMX through the ADC12DJ3200 GUI.
Currently the LMX and LMK are not locking, are there any jumpers that specifically need to be set to be able for this board to work correctly?
I have attached images of the board.
Are there any jumpers that are not correct?

Though I have also tried other values of Fs, 800 and 2700 and I have the same issue.
Actually, I have noticed something strange:
If I program the LMX with the LMX2582_1500MHz.cfg file I can see the values:
But immediately after if I do a read all, all the register values for just the LMX are zero:
Which is strange because if it is being accidentally reset, then shouldn't the register go to their default values, not all zero?
I took off JP5 because I realized it was keeping the LMX off, but now if I perform the above operation (I am confirming this happens when pressing the program button on the first page of the GUI as well) I can see the values:
But then if I do a read all, all the LMX registers are 1:
