"So this mean I am supposed to use LabView 2015 or can I download the latest version and its corresponding patch? I am actually unable to install the patch without the 2015 SPI, also I am not able to download the older versions of Labview. Could you please let me know how do I approach this?

My expectation was that it should have installed the LabVIEW RunTime Engine (RTE) when you install DXP.  If you are unable to download the RTE from NI.com, please install the software for another EVM, the AMC7836EVM.  The purpose of this is just to ensure you have the runtime engine installed.  You do not need to do anything else with the software besides install it.

Hi Ray, it is not possible to give the source code to the customer.  Has the customer tried this on another PC? We have not seen this issue persist after installing the RUNTIME service packs.
