When using the internal reference, is it okay to leave REFP unconnected or should it have a decoupling capacitor to REFN? What about REFN when using the internal reference?

    Hi Tom,

    The reference inputs can be treated in the same way as the rest of the analog inputs.  Check the section in the ADS1219 datasheet 9.1.3 Unused Inputs and Outputs.  When using only the internal reference you can leave the external reference inputs float.
