Hi,
I have a part (I believe ADS1258IRTCR) with the Lot Date Code "CF47" and I want to know the manufacturing date of the device. I thought "CF" was hex, but that yields 20747 which isn't a valid date when using a traditional lot date code (YMMDD).

Hi Anant Kanungo,
TI does not reveal date/lot code marking details because it is company proprietary information. Revealing the codes provides counterfeit semiconductor operations to mark their devices with lot/date codes that could be legitimate. I hope this is understandable
If the ADS1258 was purchased directly from TI, or one of TI's authorized distributors, it should be legitimate TI product. If you provide a high resolution image of the topside markings of your device, I can tell you if the device is legitimate
