Hi,
CAUTION Do not connect the ADS1x98ECG-FE before installing the software on a suitable PC. Failure to observe this caution may cause Microsoft Windows to not recognize the ADS1x98ECG-FE.
May I ask what is your Windows OS version?
Please uninstall the software and then follow this instruction 5700.Disable Driver Signing Enforcement Windows 8 10 (2).pdf
Then you may follow the instruction/workaround in this thread -
https://windll.com/dll/httplibusbwin32sourceforgenet/libusb0
Then, use administrator mode to install/run the installation file.
Thanks
I had windows 10 when i installed the application, and it didn't worked. by the time I received your solution, this forum went into maintenance. So now i try to do test these out. Also yesterday i upgraded my windows to 11.
Hi,
Could you move away the warning message window to reveal/take a look which file path the program is looking for and then check what are inside that directory or path?
Do you have a different computer that is Windows 7 or XP? If yes, could you follow the user guide and install the ADS1198PDK on that computer?
If Windows 7 or XP computer is not available, May I ask in your computer do you have any NI LabView installed? If yes, could you uninstall it?
Then also completely uninstall the ADS1198PDK GUI.
Then, right click the installer and select properties->Compatibility->check Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7 or Windows XP. And click OK.
Then, follow the user guide to install the GUI in administrator mode.
Thanks
I neither have windows xp nor 7. I have windows 10 and windows 11.
In one of the laptop there is labview. but still its not working in either of it.
here are the snapshots of the paths and the errors.
Hope this might help you figuring out the issue.
Also i have tried everything you said.

These are the few errors that i am encountering.
Kindly do needful, work is getting delayed.
Hi
I sent a installation screenshots document to your email.
I was able to uninstall and reinstall the GUI without problem.
Please make sure you have Administrator permission/authority to access AppData folder/directory. You may need to contact your IT department for this as well as follow the following instructions to permit/allow to install the GUI without Publisher/Driver signature -
Please uninstall the software and then follow this instruction 5700.Disable Driver Signing Enforcement Windows 8 10 (2).pdf
Then, use administrator mode to install/run the installation file.
If possible, try to install in different computer.
Thanks

Hi,
A installation document was sent to you by email last time.
And, the driver signature work around was created by other engineer and provided to many customers who encounter the same issue due to the Windows OS update from XP or 7 to the later version.
If you do not try the driver signature workaround, then you may have to find a PC that has either Windows XP or 7 to give it a try.
Thanks.
