DAC7563: specific "DAC7563SDSC" what is the hi end temperature range - 105C or 125C

Very confusing info between what is listed at US distributors Digikey & Mouser when compared to the TI.com

Is DAC7563SDSC* part numbers (on either size reel suffix) only rated to 105C not 125C ?

We are considering DAC7563SDSC* part numbers as an alternative source to the DAC7562SDSC* - where the DAC7562SDSC* goes up to 125C.

Please advise soonest. tDO the disributors need to correct themselves - and/or the TI downloadable datasheets need be corrected?

Hello James,

It appears our website has a mistake and we are working with IT to get it fixed. The DAC7563 is rated up to 125C just like the DAC7562.

Please see page 5 of the DAC7563 datasheet, and the typical characteristics graphs start on page 13.

We will work with IT to get this issue resolve.

You probably should notify your distibution partner Mouser as well as the 105C value is also populated in their database:

Thanks for the heads up James, once we update our website it should trickle down to the distributors too. It should be updated in the next 24-48 hours on TI.com and it just might take a little bit of time on the distributor sites.
