Anybody can help with a reference design for a PWM or VCF runing at 1GHz or 2 GHz (with a minimum pulse width of 500ps and respectively 250ps, or 25% duty cycle).
User modulation signal is in range of DC to 500MHz, and preferably < 2Vpp.
There are old VFC integrated circuits but the output below 1Mhz.
Is it possible to use modulator chips in PWM or VCF mode?
