Hi Kouichirou,

Table 7.11 in the datasheet shows the SFDR at various input frequencies relative to the carrier for the ADC34J23. The left column is with the internal dither enabled. The right column is with dither disabled.

This chart is measured at -1 dBFS. This will set the noise floor at approximately -96dBFs (if using dither enabled with 10MHz input signal).

We don't have the number of FFT bins listed for these measurements unfortunately so I cannot comment on the RBW or the bin number. The sample rate is at 80MSPS for all of these specifications above.
