What is the variation in the readout of ADC121C021? (Variation of the ADC alone, excluding the analog input circuit)
For example, if the analog input value does not vary by even a few uV and the expected readout value is 2500, how many LSBs does the ADC vary?
I know from actual use that it is quite accurate.
I am thinking that the ADC by itself is just converting the analog input, so the variation of the IC by itself is 0 LSB.
