Hi Team,

As the tittle, I wonder what's the maximum rate of DAC38J84's SPI interface?

Period of SCLK is 100ns typically in datasheet, can it up to 50ns(20MHz)?

Hi Adrian,

Our ATE production test the device at 10MHz SCLK, and therefore, we can only safely ensure the DAC38J84 SPI bus operates at 10MHz. The design team verifies the SPI ports at higher speed. Therefore, the customer may use the SCLK at 20MHz, but they would have to characterize and test the final performance themselves.
