ADS1248: MARKING CONFIRM

Dear Sir/Madam

Good day.

I have two samples of ADS1248IPW,but our customer said the marking is different,pls check the pictures.

 

On the 2nd line,one is 25KG4 and one is 16KG4,the 3rd line,one is CDR8,and one is CSCS,can you tell me what do these informations mean?

Also the back side,the serial number also are different.

Is it becuase different Date code?

Customer want to make sure so they can start their project.

    Hi Susan Huang,

    Both of these devices have genuine TI markings. Assuming you bought them directly from TI or through a TI authorized distributor, they should operate as intended.

    Pin 15 appears to be bent on the top device
