ADS8339: Question about digital output.

My customer asked me as below.

1. If I input 4.096V in REFIN, what is the value of Digital output?
2. What is the value of Digital output if it is 4.096V input to REFIN and the IN+ value is greater than RFFIN?
3. I configured the circuit with 3-WIRE CS MODE, but DIGITAL OUTPUT occurs late, what is this regulation?(Delay about 1 minute after power is applied)
Is there a delay because CONVST is not LOW as shown below?

Hi David,

Sorry for the delay here, to your questions on the ADS8339:

DOUT will depend on Vin, please refer to Table 1 on page 18. Your LSB size would be 4.096/65536 or 62.5uV
If Vref = 4.096V, for any Vin above Vref, DOUT would be 0xFFFF
There is no 'delay regulation' on DOUT. CONVST acts like chip select, the DOUT is in tri-state when CONVST is high
