ADS127L11: Load EEPROM GUI Error

Hello,

I receive this error (In EEPROM Load Write, ARM Error : PHI Boot PROM or EVM EEPROM not responding (0xD002500) after I update the register values and try load the EEPROM;

Do you know how I can fix this?
