I bought a new board a few days back and the board is not giving out any signal
I have given the board the required 5 V. The RESET pin is high. The SCLK pin is HIGH. The SEN pin is low. The power led is on. I can measure the 1.8V going to the configuration pins.
I am looking at the CMOS pin outputs.I am not even getting a clock signal.
The input clock is 1.8V LVCMOS at 10 MHZ.
No signal on CHAN1_CLK and CHAN2_CLK.
I have also tried with 50 MHz clock. and also with a 2.5V CMOS clock.
It also tried the GUI to configure the board with the serial interface of the USB. No luck.
What am I missing?
