TLV5604: TLV5604 heating problem

Part Number: TLV5604

At the beginning, the output signal was abnormal and gradually heated, which would cause a hot hand problem (about 50 ℃). It gradually broke down during the work process. A high-power power supply was used, and the internal interference was great, reaching 500-600A. The customer had questions about the impact when the load of TLV5604 reached? There is no problem in using DC voltage, and problems will occur during the overall operation of the equipment.

  • Hi,

    Couple of questions:

    1. What do you mean by signal was abnormal? DAC is generating DC or AC signal?

    2. I didn't understand the statement " Internal reference was great, reaching 500 - 600A ".

Can you explain the problem correctly? Also if possible please share the schematics of the TLV5604 and associated circuitry around it.

    Regards,

    AK
