ADS1248: About Single-ended Input

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

I want to know how to configure the single-ended input of this chip (no differential input), I read the manual said that there are 7 single-ended inputs that can be used. I want to implement 7 single-ended handoff sampling functions, can you tell me how to configure it?

    Hi CSC,

    The ADS1248 cannot be used to measure true single-ended (ground referenced) input signals using a unipolar power supply (the ADS1248 can measure single-ended inputs using a bipolar power supply). This is described in section 9.3.2.1 in the ADS1248 datasheet.

    Pseudo-differential measurements are possible using a unipolar supply, where the negative input is biased to some fixed, nonzero potential e.g. 2.5V.
