What are the functions of MOSFET and Gate driver? How to select mosfet parameters?

    Hi Zhang,

    Perhaps I do not understand your question.  From the standpoint of the AMC1305M25, there is no direct relationship/function to the MOSFET and gate driver.  The snippet you captured from the datasheet is simplified 'typical application' circuit.  Generally speaking, the MOSFETs are connected to a DC Bus and switched on/off via PWM to create a switched current to a load which is sensed by a shunt resistor and fed to the AMC1305.  Selection of the MOSFET is dependent on the application.
