ADS1115EVM-PDK: Connection failure to the GUI

Hello,

I am trying to use the GUI software to program the ADS1115V2EVM with the PAMBoard. However each time I try to connect it it works for 2 seconds and then it shows this error message "ERROR: Connection to BULK device timed out...."

Is this a driver problem?

What do I need to do ?

Hi Geraldine,

The USB bulk drivers are native WIN10 drivers, but sometimes the association to the specific enumeration of the connected device can be lost. One way this can happen is if the EVM was plugged before the TI Cloud Agent was installed.

Try following the information in the FAQ E2E post to see if you can reassign the bulk driver to the EVM.
