    Hi Marvin,

    The ADC12038 came from the National Semiconductor side of Texas Instruments. It went to obsolete status November of 2018.  Texas Instruments did not have a comparable device, so the closest thing we have would be something like the TLV2548.  If the MUXOUT/ADCin feature is required, you can look at the ADS7950 series of devices.
