ADS131E08EVM-PDK: Trouble with GUI installation

Customer is having trouble getting software for the ADS131E08EVM to install properly on their Windows 10 PC.  

When trying to run the GUI, this message appears:

They tried load USB driver manually using driver from this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\ADS131E08EVM\lib_13xe08\Styx\usbstyx_drivers . 

This is what the device manager looks like:

but still get the same error message.  Any suggestions on how to get SW to install/work correctly?

    Hi Mark,

    ADS131E08EVM is a MMB0-based EVM platform and its software (ADS131E08EVM-PDK-SW) can be downloaded from here. However, your first screenshot shows the software is a PHI-based EVM GUI which is usually used for our other EVM boards including ADS131M08EVM, ADS131M04EVM, ADS131A04EVM and so on. Please double check if the customer downloaded a correct EVM GUI software.

    Customer was able to sort out the install issue. The GUI software was pointing to the wrong drive when starting up.  The customer modified the file location in the .ini file and the GUI came up correctly.  Problem is resolved, thanks for your help.
