ADS7038-Q1: AINx, AVDD and DVDD maximum current consumption by the pin
Hello,
I came to know DECAP pin voltage is 1.76V (internal voltage regulator).
Can i know is it SMPS or LDO used inside the chip? If it is SMPS what is switching frequency? (As i know it is powered by AVDD voltage right?)
The reason for this question is if high frequency noise is generated inside the chip from internal regulator and noise introduced at AVDD pin, then need to design some filter at AVDD pin.

The LDO includes a current limit. This is a common feature on amplifiers, references, and LDOs. When the device powers up the LDO will output a constant current to the capacitor untill the voltage reaches the maximum voltage (approximately 1.76V). You can calculate the output current based on this ramp. For this device the current is approxmimately 12mA. This measuremnt was done on the EVM with the standard 1uF capacitor installed.
