ADS131M02: single ended alternative?

Hi Team,

I am looking for a pure single ended alternative to ADS131M02:

  • 2-channel (single-ended or differential input)
  • sampling rate min. 500SPS
  • SPI interface with data ready output
  • SPI speed (ca. 2 - 10MHz)
  • 24-bit, 20-bit also possible
  • internal or external reference

    Hi Stefan,

    ADS131M02 supports single-ended (SE) input, bipolar SE or unipolar SE when the negative input pin is tied to ground. This device has a negative charge pump that allows input signals that go as low as 1.3V below the ground as shown in the following table. You can operate this device with the inputs going only from 0V to VREF (1.2V internal VREF). If the inputs are only positive values, you would only get output code from 000000h to 7FFFFFh which is equivalent to 23 bits
