ADC3664: PDN/SYNC Usage

Hi, 

In my project, I am using 3 ADC3664. I have a doubt regarding the usage of PDN/SYNC pin. 
Here I am implement a design as per the data got from Datasheet. Can you please check it with for synchronization of all 3 ADCs.

    Hi SVJS,

    Do you plan to use the NCO / decimation block? If you run in bypass mode, you do not need the sync signal. The sync signal is needed to synchronize the NCO phase across devices and the internal clock divider of the decimation filter. Do you have additional concerns with implementation?
