I'm having a look at ultrasonic Tx drivers and the TX7516 looks like it might be an option. However, it seems that only a very abbreviated datasheet is available online for this part. Is a full datasheet for this part available anywhere? If so, I'd also be interested in seeing the full datasheet for the other transmitter modules including TX7316.
