Hi,

I am looking for space qualified (Class A) data converters. Specifically, I need ADCs and DACs capable of IF frequencies up to about 1.2 GHz with a 100 MHz instantaneous bandwidth.

Hi Neeraj,

I looked at the DAC5670-SP. However, looking at Figure 28 in the datasheet didn't seem to show a good bandwidth out to 1.2 GHz. Am I not looking at this correctly?

Yep the ADC12D1620QML-SP looks good so far.

By the way, I heard that maybe the AFE7903 may be on a roadmap to space qual, do you have any information on that?

Regarding the DAC5670-SP output bandwidth, I do think that's accurate (it is not a high output BW product). I can't comment on our roadmap here so I'll send you a private message on that. thanks.
